- Customers can exchange products within 03 days from the date of receiving the product. Please bear the shipping fees incurred when exchanging goods, if any.
- You can exchange products of equal or higher price. Costs incurred in exchanging goods, if any, will be borne by the customer.
- If the goods received are defective (broken, damaged, unusable), you can exchange the goods for free.
- Number of times to exchange products is 01 time.

Product return criteria and costs
- The product when exchanged is intact as originally purchased, with full packaging and no distortion.
- Product return time is 07 days from receipt of goods.
- We completely waive the return fee if the product has a manufacturer defect.
